Orders
Orders are confirmed after you submit your details and receive an order number. Products are handmade in small batches, so availability may change.
Payments
The website currently supports offline payment methods only. If you choose pickup or pay on delivery, payment is collected when your order is handed over.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup times and local delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may vary depending on order volume and product type.
Returns & Issues
If there is a problem with your order, contact Jaxon's Workshop as soon as possible so it can be reviewed and resolved fairly.
